OUR FEE STRUCTURE
GLASS BOX TRANSPARENCY
We believe in complete transparency. Below we detail how our typical fee and commission structure works which you’ll find is in line with industry standards for global speakers bureaus.
SPEAKER FEES
The fees you are quoted for each speaker are their industry standard appearance fees. These cover their time, expertise, preparation, and delivery for your event. Travel and accommodation expenses are usually additional and agreed in advance.
OUR COMMISSION
We operate on a commission basis which is typically 25% and wrapped into the gross speaker fee, and we do not charge or make any profit from buy outs or expense items. There are no hidden costs or surprise charges to you as the client.
WHAT OUR COMMISSION COVERS
Our commission funds a full-service experience, including:
- Helping you select the right speaker
- Managing availability and negotiations
- Handling contracts and terms
- Overseeing travel and logistics
- Acting as the point of contact throughout
- Ensuring smooth delivery and success on the day
GIVING BACK
Importantly, all profits generated by our agency are donated to our chosen charities. By booking through us, you’re also helping support meaningful causes — something we’re deeply proud of.
IN CONCLUSION
You pay the speaker fee and we extract our commission from that fee. You always know exactly what you’re paying. No hidden fees. No surprises. Just great speakers, seamless delivery, and a chance to give back. If you’d like to know more about our approach then we are, as always, happy to discuss it in more depth with you.
SPEAKER FEE BANDINGS
NEVER KNOWINGLY UNDER SOLD
To help you quickly navigate options and match speakers to your event budget, we use simple speaker fee bands. These give an easy guide to a speaker’s typical fee range. While fees may vary depending on event type, location, and format, our bands provide a helpful starting point for planning.
Selecting the right speaker is one of the most important decisions in shaping an event’s success. It’s useful to understand how fees generally reflect a speaker’s experience, reputation, and the kind of value they can bring to your audience.
Speakers in Bands A to C, typically ranging up to $15,000, are often emerging voices, niche experts, or early-career professionals who are building their brand. They bring strong subject expertise, fresh insights, and growing reputations — and can often connect very well with targeted or specialist audiences. For internal events, workshops, or smaller-scale conferences, speakers in this range can deliver excellent value and energy.
Bands D to G, which cover the $15,000 to $100,000 range, include established, full-time professionals — bestselling authors, senior industry figures, media personalities, and respected thought leaders. These speakers bring polished delivery, broad audience appeal, and are often the individuals who help elevate a programme, drive attendance, and shape the overall success of an event. For conferences, leadership summits, and major industry gatherings, these bands typically provide the strongest return on investment.
At the very top of the market, Bands AA and AAA (from $100,000 upwards), you’ll find world-class speakers — Nobel Laureates, former heads of state, A-list celebrities, iconic business leaders, or major cultural figures. These speakers command global recognition, draw media interest, and can define the public profile of an event. They are generally booked for flagship global conferences, major corporate gatherings, or landmark occasions where creating an unforgettable experience is the goal.
While fee bands give a helpful guide, it’s important to remember that fee alone doesn’t determine value. The most effective speaker is always the one whose message, presence, and style resonate with your audience and support your event’s goals. The right speaker will help create an event that is memorable, high-impact, and talked about for all the right reasons — whatever their fee level.
FOCUS ON VALUE
Selecting the right speaker is one of the most important decisions in shaping the success of an event. While it can be tempting to assume that the most well-known names automatically bring the most value — and yes, marquee speakers can help drive ticket sales and media attention — the real question is: what kind of value will this speaker contribute to your event, and does that align with your objectives?
Most organisers aim for more than visibility. The goal is to create an experience that leaves the audience genuinely changed — motivated, informed, challenged, and inspired in ways that endure. You want the event to be memorable, talked about for months, and viewed as a “must-attend” within the communities you care about.
Some of the most impactful speakers are those who bring depth of insight, authentic connection, and a clear understanding of what will resonate with your audience — qualities that are not always reflected in fee levels or headline status.
A speaker’s fee should always be viewed through the lens of expected impact and fit with your event’s purpose. The right speaker will elevate the experience for all involved, ensuring the event delivers lasting value — for both the organisation and its audience.
